Altura is overseeing the deployment of the Smart Commissioning process at multiple projects, including the DreamWorks campus and the 10UCP central plant. The projects include analytics-based optimization and corporate analytics infrastructure development to lay the foundation for smart building management across NBCU.

New Office Commissioning: Altura is providing commissioning services for a new construction project consisting of a 350,000 gross-square-foot office building, including full development and improvements for (2) 150-seat screening rooms, 1,000 SF of food/cafe uses, and common areas.
