Altura provided LEED and CALGreen commissioning services for Phase I of the $1 billion Metropolis Los Angeles development in downtown Los Angeles. The first phase of the development includes a 38-story, 335,000 SF residential tower and a 19-story, 274,000 SF hotel tower in the South Park district of downtown Los Angeles. The project is designed by Gensler and owned by Greenland USA, a subsidiary of Shanghai developer Greenland Group. Altura’s commissioning services fulfill CALGreen requirements and support a minimum goal of LEED
